Account and Data Deletion Request

Send your request to privacy@bitsymbol.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Please include your account identifier (for example: login email or social login provider and UID) so we can verify ownership.

After verification, we will delete your account profile and associated personal data, including watch history, favorites, and related preferences stored for your account.

Certain records may be retained for a limited period when required by applicable law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax/accounting obligations, or platform security.

We typically process verified requests within 15 business days.
